Every Engyana consulting session is supported by a Session Facilitator who ensures that discussions remain aligned with the client’s objectives, manages the flow of the conversation, and helps translate expert insights into practical, actionable outcomes.
Our Session Facilitators are technically proficient professionals, typically engineers with expertise in the same or closely related domains as the Consultants they support. Their technical understanding enables them to effectively guide discussions while appreciating the nuances of the subject matter.
Becoming a Session Facilitator offers a unique opportunity to stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and solutions. Engaging with professionals from diverse industrial sectors also helps expand your professional network and broaden your perspective. In this role, you will support Consultants with background research and session preparation, further strengthening your domain expertise, professional confidence, and consulting capabilities.

Skill Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications and sound knowledge of the subject area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and manage the flow of discussions, ensuring sessions remain focused and productive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client before, during, and after the consulting session.
- Ability to establish goals and clarify expectations during the sessions, where required.
